The Role As a Primary Teacher, you will

  • Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons across EYFS, KS1 or KS2.
  • Create a safe, inclusive and inspiring classroom environment.
  • Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils.
  • Assess, monitor and support pupil progress.
  • Build strong relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.
  • Motivate children to achieve their full academic and personal potential.
  • The Ideal Candidate Will Have
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be an Early Career Teacher (ECT).
  • A minimum of 6 months' UK classroom experience (teaching placements accepted for ECTs).
  • Excellent classroom management skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • A positive, enthusiastic and child-centred approach to teaching.

Requirements

  • Enhanced DBS Certificate registered on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one through Smile Education.
  • Ability to provide a full two years of employment and/or education references, including at least one reference relating to working with children.
  • References should be provided during the pre-screen stage or at your registration appointment to ensure a smooth compliance clearance and the quickest possible turnaround.
  • Right to work in the UK.
