The Role
As a Primary Teacher, you will:
- Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons across EYFS, Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2.
- Create a safe, inclusive and inspiring classroom environment.
- Differentiating learning to meet the needs of all pupils.
- Assess, monitor and support pupil progress.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and carers.
- Inspire children to achieve their academic, social and emotional potential.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be an Early Career Teacher (ECT).
- A minimum of 6 months' UK classroom experience (teaching placements accepted for ECTs).
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- A positive, proactive and child-centred approach to teaching.
Essential Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS Certificate registered on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one through Smile Education.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Ability to provide references covering the previous two years, including at least one reference relating to work with children.
