The Role

You will

  • Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons across the Primary curriculum.
  • Plan, prepare and assess lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
  • Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
  • Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils.
  • Manage behaviour effectively and promote positive learning.
  • Monitor pupil progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Work collaboratively with school staff, parents and carers.
  • Promote safeguarding and uphold school policies at all times.

About You

You'll have

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be an Early Career Teacher (ECT).
  • A minimum of 6 months' UK classroom experience.
  • Strong classroom management skills.
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
  • A passion for delivering high-quality teaching.
  • A positive, flexible and professional approach.

Requirements

To be considered, you must

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Have a minimum of 6 months' UK classroom experience.
  • Be able to provide two years of professional references.
  • Hold an Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or be willing to obtain one through Smile Education.
  • Have the Right to Work in the UK (no sponsorship available).
