The Role
You will
- Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons across the Primary curriculum.
- Plan, prepare and assess lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
- Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
- Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils.
- Manage behaviour effectively and promote positive learning.
- Monitor pupil progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Work collaboratively with school staff, parents and carers.
- Promote safeguarding and uphold school policies at all times.
About You
You'll have
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be an Early Career Teacher (ECT).
- A minimum of 6 months' UK classroom experience.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- A passion for delivering high-quality teaching.
- A positive, flexible and professional approach.
Requirements
To be considered, you must
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Have a minimum of 6 months' UK classroom experience.
- Be able to provide two years of professional references.
- Hold an Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or be willing to obtain one through Smile Education.
- Have the Right to Work in the UK (no sponsorship available).
