Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) to support welcoming primary schools across our partner locations.

The Role
As a Primary HLTA, you will
- Deliver high-quality learning activities across the primary curriculum.
- Lead whole-class teaching in the teacher's absence.
- Support pupils in achieving their full potential through engaging and inclusive learning.
- Work closely with teachers to plan, deliver and assess lessons.
- Provide targeted interventions and support for individuals and small groups.
- Promote positive behaviour and maintain an effective learning environment.
- Uphold safeguarding procedures and school policies at all times.
What We're Looking For
To be considered, you should have
- HLTA status or relevant experience working at HLTA level.
- A minimum of 6 months' UK primary classroom experience.
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A proactive, flexible and positive attitude.
- A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
Essential Requirements
- Have at least 6 months' UK primary classroom experience.
- Be able to provide two years of professional references.
- Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or be willing to obtain one through Smile Education.
- Have the Right to Work in the UK (no sponsorship available).
