We’re looking for teachers who are flexible, proactive, and skilled in behaviour management, with the ability to think on their feet and bring energy into every classroom. The responsibilities of the Day to Day teacher role:
- Keep pupils engaged and on schedule
- Adapt activities if needed (depending on time, ability, or behaviour)
- Keep a positive and safe working environment for staff and students
- Be alert to any concerns and report them to the designated safeguarding lead (DSL)
- Deal calmly with disruptions
- Build quick rapport with pupils
