Smile Education is working with Trinity High School in Redditch, part of the Bordesley Trust, to welcome an enthusiastic and adaptable Cover Supervisor to their team. About the role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will step into classrooms to deliver pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects when teachers are absent. Your main role will be to manage the classroom, keep students engaged, and ensure learning continues in a calm and productive environment. You’ll also help maintain school routines and provide support where needed around the school.
