Smile Education is partnering with a high-achieving girls only secondary school near Solihull, who are looking to welcome a passionate and dedicated Chemistry Teacher to their team from April 2026 (or sooner for the right candidate). The Role

  • Deliver engaging, well-planned Chemistry lessons across KS3, KS4, and KS5, in line with the national curriculum.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, experimentation, and critical thinking.
  • Inspire students to develop confidence and enthusiasm for Chemistry.
  • Occasionally provide general science cover where required, helping maintain continuity of learning across the school.

You’ll be joining a supportive, energetic, and collaborative department that values professional development and is committed to helping both staff and students thrive.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • A degree in Chemistry or a related science subject and QTS (or equivalent).
  • Strong subject knowledge with the ability to make Chemistry engaging, accessible, and relevant.
