Position Overview: We are seeking dynamic and passionate Supply Teachers to join our team on a temporary basis. As a Supply Teacher, you will have the opportunity to work in various primary schools across Walsall, covering short-term absences, maternity leaves, and other temporary vacancies. This role offers flexibility and the chance to gain valuable experience in different schools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons tailored to the needs of primary school students.
  • Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment.
  • Follow lesson plans provided by the regular classroom teacher.
  • Assess student progress and provide feedback.
  • Collaborate with school staff and parents to support student development.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience working with primary school students in the UK.
  • Strong classroom management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) clearance registered to the update service or interest in obtaining one.
