Are you a passionate Maths Teacher looking for a new opportunity after half term?
Smile Education is working with a welcoming secondary school in Bromsgrove who are looking for a dedicated Maths Teacher to join their team after the October half-term break.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Maths Teacher, or an ECT looking to gain further experience, to join a supportive department and make a real impact on students' mathematical understanding, confidence and achievement.
The Role
- Teaching Mathematics across KS3 and KS4.
- Planning and delivering engaging, well-structured and challenging lessons.
- Developing students' mathematical skills, problem-solving abilities and confidence.
- Supporting students with different abilities and learning needs.
- Maintaining positive behaviour and a productive classroom environment.
- Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback.
- Working collaboratively with the wider Maths department to support student achievement.
We're Looking For
- QTS or a relevant teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching Maths at secondary level.
- Strong subject knowledge and confidence delivering the secondary Maths curriculum.
- Excellent classroom management skills.
- An enthusiastic, engaging and supportive approach to teaching.
- Someone reliable, adaptable and committed to helping students achieve their full potential.
