Smile Education is working with a welcoming, inclusive primary school in Bloxwich, Walsall to find a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to support KS1 pupils. This is a full-time role with an immediate start.
The Role
- Support KS1 pupils with behavioural and emotional needs
- Work 1:1 and in small groups
- Develop and implement positive behaviour strategies
- Monitor progress and promote personal growth
- Work closely with teachers, staff, and parents
Who We’re Looking For
- Experience supporting children with behaviour needs
- Strong communication and empathy
- Able to build positive relationships quickly
- Confident in behaviour management strategies
- Background in a similar role (e.g., TA, Youth Worker, Behaviour Mentor)
