We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our early years team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting young children’s development in a nurturing and inclusive environment.
Key Requirements
- Full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years Childcare (essential)
- This is not a Teaching Assistant role – applicants must hold a childcare qualification
- Experience working within a nursery or early years setting is preferred, but not essential
- Knowledge or experience of Bucket Time and supporting children with Autism (including Level 3 needs) is highly desirable
- A caring, patient, and proactive approach to supporting all children
Role Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
- Support children’s learning, development, and wellbeing
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and families
- Provide inclusive support tailored to individual needs
Salary: £22,000 – £26,000 per annum (depending on experience and qualifications), in line with typical Level 3 Nursery Practitioner pay
