The Role
- Support pupils across Primary and Secondary age ranges.
- Support pupils with Autism, ADHD, SEMH and a range of additional needs.
- Deliver intervention programmes and targeted support.
- Assist teachers in creating engaging and inclusive learning environments.
- Support EHCP targets and personalised learning plans.
- Promote pupil wellbeing, confidence and independence.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and families.
- Contribute to a safe and supportive educational setting.

Requirements
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification (or equivalent).
- Previous SEN experience within an educational setting.
- Experience supporting pupils with Autism, ADHD, SEMH or additional learning needs.
- A positive, patient and professional approach.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
- Two professional references covering the last two years.
