Smile Education are recruiting for a part time primary teacher in the Worcestershire area. Stepping into different classrooms, the role is all about adaptability, classroom management, and keeping learning on track. Responsibilities
- Keep pupils engaged and on schedule
- Adapt activities if needed (depending on time, ability, or behaviour)
- Keep a positive and safe working environment for staff and students
- Be alert to any concerns and report them to the designated safeguarding lead (DSL)
- Deal calmly with disruptions
- Build quick rapport with pupils
Qualifications
- Teaching certification or QTS
- Proficiency in the primary curriculum and effective instructional techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for teaching and motivating students to excel
- Have experience working in Primary schools
