Smile Education are recruiting for a Primary teacher to work in a 2 form entry primary school in the Worcester area. The role would be working at a school with a tight knit staff team and strong SLT support. The Primary teacher role would be long term, full time with full teaching responsibilities starting from September with the potential of becoming a permanent position.

The responsibilities of the Primary Teacher role:

  • Plan and deliver captivating lessons to students in KS1 in line with the curriculum.
  • Focus on creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment that helps student engagement and critical thinking.
  • Assess and evaluate student progress, offer constructive feedback and nurture a love for learning.
  • Be able to structure lesson plans for different levels of student need.
