Smile Education Recruitment is actively seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils across primary, secondary, and specialist schools in Worcester (WR1).
The role involves 1:1 support, small group work, and implementing strategies for ASC, ADHD and other needs.
You will work collaboratively with teachers and SENCOs to create an inclusive learning environment, develop communication and social skills, and help students reach their potential within safeguarding parameters.
