Smile Education is looking for passionate and dedicated Nursery Teachers to join welcoming and supportive primary settings in Stockton-on-Tees. The daily rate for this role is £140 – £200 per day depending on experience.

  • Plan and deliver engaging learning in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
  • Support children’s development through both structured teaching and child-led play
  • Observe, assess and record children’s progress
  • Promote early literacy, communication, numeracy and social development
  • Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment
  • Encourage positive behaviour, independence, resilience and confidence
  • Build strong relationships with pupils, families and colleagues

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
  • Recent experience teaching within Early Years
