Smile Education is recruiting Cover Supervisors for the Mowbray Education Trust’s secondary school in Shepshed/Loughborough. The role offers both full‑time and part‑time shifts to accommodate different schedules.
As a Cover Supervisor you will support students, maintain a positive classroom environment, and model the school ethos. You will have the opportunity to make a tangible difference in students’ education.
Qualifications- Experience working with children or students
- Good classroom management skills
- Knowledge of the Secondary Curriculum (admired)
- A degree or Qualified Teacher Status
- Willingness to travel to Shepshed/Loughborough
- Bachelor’s degree in a curriculum‑based subject (preferred)
- QTS teachers seeking flexible work are welcome
- Flexible working from one day a week to five days a week, with opportunities for graduates to progress towards teacher training programmes.
