Salary: £150-£220 per day
We are working with a local school who are on the lookout for an experienced Reception class teacher with RWI phonics experience. The role will be full-time ASAP start or September start with an opportunity to extend!
The role:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons for Reception students, focusing on early literacy development using RWI (Read Write Inc.) Phonics program.
- Create a stimulating learning environment that promotes exploration, creativity, and independent learning.
- Assess student progress and adapt teaching strategies to meet individual needs, ensuring all children reach their full potential.
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student development and well-being.
Requirements:
- QTS and experience teaching in Reception or Early Years.
- Proficiency in implementing RWI Phonics program to support early literacy development.
- 24 months worth of teaching references in the UK.
- A DBS registered to the update service or willingness to obtain one.
- Valid right to work in the UK documents.
