We are seeking a reliable, nurturing and proactive individual to provide 1:1 support to pupils with a range of special educational needs at a Tamworth based school. You’ll work closely with teaching staff and the wider school support team to deliver tailored support in a calm and engaging atmosphere, helping each child to thrive both academically and emotionally.

About the Role:

About You:
  • Must hold a relevant Level 2 or Level 3 qualification
  • Ability to work on short notice (24hrs)
  • Confident in working independently in a 1:1 role
  • Experience of supporting SEN children and young people within the last 2 years
  • Be able to provide references covering the last 2 years, including interactions with children and young people
  • Hold an Enhanced DBS Certificate or willing to apply for a new one through Smile Education
