Location: Birmingham Position: SEN Teaching Assistant (1:1) Salary: £85.00 – £110.00 Per Day Hours: Full Time Work Start Date: As soon as possible Role Overview: As a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the learning and personal care needs of a young boy with special educational needs. This position requires a male candidate due to specific personal care requirements. Key Responsibilities: Provide tailored support to the student during lessons and activities. Assist with personal care tasks as needed, ensuring the student’s dignity and comfort. Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment. Work closely with teachers and other staff to implement individual learning plans. Help the student develop social skills and independence. Communicate effectively with the student, parents, and educational staff.Requirements: Experience working with children with special educational needs (desirable). Strong interpersonal skills and a caring attitude. Ability to provide personal care with sensitivity and respect. Patience and resilience in challenging situations.
