Primary School SEN Hub (SRP) Via Smile Education
Smile Education is recruiting two experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to work within a Primary School Specialist Resource Provision (SRP) in Walsall.
This is a long-term, full-time role, starting after February half-term, supporting pupils with complex additional needs in a structured SEN hub environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting pupils with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and communication needs
Working 1:1 and in small groups within the SRP
Assisting with EHCP targets and behaviour support plans
Supporting learning, emotional regulation, and social development
Working closely with teachers, SENCo, and support staffRequirements:
Previous SEN experience essential
Experience in an SRP, SEN hub, or specialist setting preferred
Confident, calm, and resilient approach
Passion for supporting children with additional needs
