Smile Education are currently looking for a skilled School Administrator to work at a busy primary school based in Birmingham. This school is only looking for candidates with previous SIMS, CMIS, or Arbor experience.
Duties:
- Ensure the smooth running of the office
- Be the first point of contact for parents and visitors
- Handle incoming telephone enquiries
- Record attendance data for staff and pupils
You will:
- Be experienced using either SIMS or CMIS
- Have excellent written, communication, and organisation skills
- Be able to relate to parents, teachers, and students
- Be able to prioritise work
