Whether you're supporting a child on a 1:1 basis within the classroom or working alongside a small group of pupils in a dedicated on-site SEN Hub, you'll play a vital role in helping children thrive both academically and emotionally.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Providing tailored support to pupils with additional learning needs
  • Supporting children with Autism (ASC), ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and non-verbal communication needs
  • Delivering interventions and adapting learning activities to meet individual needs
  • Encouraging confidence, independence and positive engagement in learning
  • Working closely with teachers, SENCOs and wider support staff to ensure every child reaches their potential

We’re Looking For:

  • A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
  • Previous experience working with children within a UK educational setting
  • Experience supporting pupils with SEN, particularly Autism, ADHD or non-verbal children (highly desirable)
  • A patient, resilient and caring approach
  • A genuine passion for helping children succeed
