£95 – £110 per day (depending on experience and role)

Responsibilities
- Supporting pupils on a one‑to‑one basis and in small groups.
- Assisting the class teacher with daily classroom activities.
- Supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEND).
- Promoting positive behaviour and engagement.
- Preparing learning resources and classroom activities.
- Helping children develop confidence, independence and social skills.
- Creating a safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environment.
- Following safeguarding and school policies at all times.
- What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with children in a school or educational setting.
- A genuine passion for helping children succeed.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable, flexible and professional attitude.
- Contactable professional references covering the last 24 months.
- An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for a new DBS through Smile Education (payment required).
- Right to work in the UK.
