Responsibilities
- Provide PPA cover for primary school teachers, delivering engaging and structured lessons in accordance with school curriculum guidelines.
- Effectively manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment during PPA sessions.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure continuity of learning and support students' progress.
- Use assessment strategies to evaluate student understanding and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
- Prepare and organise resources for PPA sessions, ensuring a seamless transition for students.
Qualifications
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching across primary Key Stages (KS1 and KS2).
- Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks.
- Effective classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate students during PPA sessions.
- Flexibility and availability to work part-time hours as required.
