- Requirements
- A Level 3 qualification in Teaching Assistance or equivalent
- Proven experience supporting children with SEN

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a collaborative team
- Key Responsibilities
- Providing 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with SEN
- Assisting with the planning and delivery of personalised learning
- Supporting pupils’ social, emotional, and behavioural needs
- Working closely with teachers, SENCO, and external professionals
- Helping create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
