  • A Level 3 qualification in Teaching Assistance or equivalent
  • Proven experience supporting children with SEN

  • Providing 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with SEN
  • Assisting with the planning and delivery of personalised learning
  • Supporting pupils’ social, emotional, and behavioural needs
  • Working closely with teachers, SENCO, and external professionals
  • Helping create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
