Smile Education are recruiting for a Primary teacher to work in a 1 form entry primary school in the Inkberrow area. The role would be working at a school with a tight knit staff team and strong SLT support. The Primary teacher role would be long term, full time with full teaching responsibilities starting from January with the potential of becoming a permanent position.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver captivating lessons to students in KS1 in line with the curriculum.
  • Focus on creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment that helps student engagement and critical thinking.
  • Assess and evaluate student progress, offer constructive feedback and nurture a love for learning.
  • Be able to structure lesson plans for different levels of student need.

Qualifications

  • Teaching certification or QTS.
  • Proficiency in the primary curriculum and effective instructional techniques.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A genuine passion for teaching and motivating students to excel.
  • Experience working in Primary schools.
