The teaching assistant role would be working full time with children in Key stage 2, starting after May half term and continuing in September.
The Responsibilities of the Teaching Assistant:
- Encouraging independence within the class and within students, being proactive.
- Develop and concentrate on building a relationship with the children, staff and family members.
- Constant and consistent communication with the class teacher regarding progress and potential methods of work.
- Create a secure and positive environment for the child to learn and feel comfortable.
