Smile Education is partnering with a high-performing secondary school in Manchester, seeking talented and enthusiastic Core Subject Teachers to join their team.
Position: Secondary Teacher
Location: Manchester
Pay Rate: £160–£210 per day
Teaching: KS3 & KS4
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), PGCE, or a relevant degree.
- Subject expertise in English, Maths, or Science.
- A strong grasp of the UK secondary curriculum.
- Two references from educational settings.
- Enhanced DBS (can be processed through Smile if needed).
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to KS3/KS4 students.
- Offer additional support through 1:1 and small group sessions.
- Track and support student progress, promoting academic excellence.
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the wider school community.
