KS1 & KS2 Intervention Teacher Roles (Full Time, Permanent) Are you a passionate and dedicated teacher looking to make a real difference in the lives of primary school students? We are currently seeking multiple KS1 and KS2 Intervention Teachers to join our fantastic schools in the Birmingham area. These are full-time, permanent positions with a salary range of £30,000 – £40,000 depending on experience. About the Role: Start Date: January 2025 (Schools are interviewing as soon as possible, but we are in no rush to find the right candidate) Locations: Birmingham Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 per year (dependent on experience) Contract: Full-time, permanent positions Primary Schools: You’ll be working with well-established schools that we have collaborated with for several years.As an Intervention Teacher, you will: Provide targeted, small group interventions for students who need additional support Work closely with class teachers and support staff to ensure progress for all students Tailor your teaching methods to meet the individual needs of the students Have the opportunity to make a significant impact on students’ learning outcomes and confidenceRequirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent Experience teaching in a primary school setting, ideally with intervention experience Passion for supporting students’ academic and personal development Strong communication skills and a collaborative team playerWhy Work With Us?
