Smile Education Recruitment is seeking a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support pupils across KS1 and KS2 in a primary school setting. You will work closely with class teachers, SENCOs and specialist staff to ensure every child can access learning and reach their full potential.
You will provide 1:1 or small-group support, assist with behaviour management and emotional regulation, and promote communication development, speech and language skills in a nurturing environment that values consistency.
