Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences that support numeracy, language, and social development, tailored to individual needs and interests.
- Maintain high standards of safety, security, and hygiene, adhering strictly to safeguarding policies.
- Act as a key person for a group of children, supporting their transition, tracking progress, and setting developmental targets.
- Observe and assess children’s development, identifying next steps and reporting progress to parents and leadership.

- Support daily routines such as feeding, toileting, and nappy changing, while encouraging independence.
