Position: Early Years Practitioner (Level 2 or Level 3)
Contract: Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Available
Salary: £95–£110 per day (dependent on experience)

Smile Education is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years Practitioners to join a range of supportive nurseries and primary schools across Broughton, Buckingham, Cleethorpes, Immingham, Grimsby.

The Role
- Support children's learning through engaging and creative play.
- Deliver activities in line with the EYFS Framework.
- Create a nurturing, safe and stimulating learning environment.
- Encourage children's independence and confidence.
- Observe and record children's development.
- Work closely with teachers, nursery staff and parents.
- Promote safeguarding and positive behaviour at all times.
About You
- A recognised Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification.
- At least 6 months' UK experience in an Early Years or Nursery setting.
- Good knowledge of the EYFS curriculum.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A caring, enthusiastic and reliable approach.
- A genuine passion for supporting children's development.
Requirements
- Hold a recognised Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification.
- Have a minimum of 6 months' UK Early Years experience.
- Be able to provide two years of professional references.
- Hold an Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or be willing to obtain one through Smile Education.
- Have the Right to Work in the UK (no sponsorship available).
