The Role As a Primary Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver engaging and creative lessons across EYFS, KS1 or KS2.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
  • Differentiating learning to meet the needs of all pupils.
  • Assess, monitor, and support pupil progress effectively.
  • Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
  • Inspire children to become confident, independent learners.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be an Early Career Teacher (ECT).
  • A minimum of 6 months' UK classroom experience (teaching placements accepted for ECTs).
  • Excellent classroom management skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • A positive, enthusiastic, and child-centred approach to teaching.

Requirements:

  • Enhanced DBS Certificate registered on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one through Smile Education.
  • Ability to provide a full two years of employment and/or education references, including at least one reference relating to working with children.
  • Right to work in the UK.
