Smile Education is working with a welcoming secondary school in Solihull seeking a dedicated Geography Teacher to join from September 2026. The successful candidate will teach Geography across KS3 and KS4, delivering engaging lessons that inspire students to explore the physical and human world around them.

This role would suit an experienced teacher, ECT, or a teacher returning to the classroom looking for a positive and supportive working environment.

The Role
  • Teach Geography across KS3–KS4
  • Deliver engaging and well-structured Geography lessons
  • Develop students' understanding of physical and human geography, environmental issues, and global citizenship
  • Support student progress and prepare pupils for GCSE examinations
  • Maintain high standards of behaviour and classroom management
  • Work collaboratively within the wider Humanities department
