Smile Education are proud to be partnering with a welcoming and community-focused primary school in Wednesbury, seeking a committed Year 1 Teaching Assistant to join their team as soon as possible. This full-time, long-term role offers the chance to make a genuine difference every single day.
As a Year 1 Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and accessible lessons
- Provide targeted support to individual pupils and small groups
- Help create a positive, fun and stimulating learning environment
- Encourage independence, confidence and a love of learning
- Assist with classroom management, resources and displays
- Promote the school’s values and contribute to the wider school community
We’re looking for someone who is:
