Smile Education are looking for a Cover Supervisor in the Loughborough area of Leicestershire. We work with a variety of secondary schools across the area that have a high demand for Cover Supervisors. These roles are available for an immediate start with opportunities to take on long term roles from January 2025. Pay rate between £95 – £120 per day dependant on experience! Responsibilities of a Cover Supervisor: Deliver pre-planned lessons effectively Arrive on time to school and lessons Manage the classroom and keep the children engaged by creating a positive and inclusive learning environment Leave feedback for the classroom teacher Requirements for this Cover Supervisor role: Experience working with children under 16 years old Strong communication skills to engage with students and staff A passion for the development of young people Level 3 of bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred) Ability to manage classroom behaviour The is no planning involved, minimum preparation and there is always an allocated cover manager on site to help assist with any queries.
