Responsibilities
- Keep pupils engaged and on schedule.
- Adapt activities when needed based on time, ability, or behaviour.
- Maintain a positive and safe working environment for staff and students.
- Be alert to any concerns and report them to the designated safeguarding lead (DSL).
- Deal calmly with disruptions.
- Build quick rapport with pupils.
Qualifications
- Teaching certification or QTS.
