The Role
You'll be working within secondary schools delivering PE lessons, leading sports activities, supporting classroom learning and helping students develop confidence, teamwork and resilience. You may also work as a Cover Supervisor, supervising lessons across a range of subjects when required.
We are looking for:
- Sports Coaches with experience in any sport
- PE or Sports Science graduates
- Individuals with experience working with young people
- Confident communicators with strong behaviour management skills
- Reliable, enthusiastic and adaptable candidates
- A full UK driving licence is beneficial but not essential
What you'll be doing:
- Delivering engaging sports and physical activity sessions
- Supporting PE departments and extracurricular activities
- Covering lessons when required
- Encouraging participation, teamwork and positive behaviour
- Building positive relationships with students and staff
