What you’ll do:
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be trained to manage the full 360 recruitment process, including:
- Building relationships with candidates and clients
- Having confident commercial conversations
- Working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Matching candidates to suitable roles
- Managing multiple priorities professionally
- Handling feedback, pressure and rejection positively
You’ll begin office-based to learn from experienced consultants and accelerate your development.
Location: Birmingham City centre
Hours: 7:30am–4:30pm, reduced hours in school holidays
In your first 6 months as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will:
