The Role:
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide essential support to pupils with special educational needs, helping them to reach their full potential in a nurturing learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with SEN
- Supporting pupils with EHCPs and personalised learning plans
- Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management
- Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional development
- Creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
Requirements:
- SEN experience is essential
- Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) is desirable
- A patient, caring, and proactive attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
