Are you a caring, creative, and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant who is passionate about making a real difference in children’s lives? We are looking for a dedicated individual to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school community in Birmingham, supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs.

About the Role

This full-time role involves working closely with individual pupils on a 1:1 basis, as well as providing small-group support where needed. You’ll help children develop confidence, independence, and a love of learning—adapting your approach to suit their individual needs and learning styles.
