The Role
- Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
- Support pupils with Autism, ADHD, SEMH, Complex Needs and other additional needs.
- Create safe, nurturing and structured learning environments.
- Develop personalised learning plans and contribute to EHCP reviews.
- Work collaboratively with SENCOs, support staff and external agencies.
- Promote positive behaviour, wellbeing and inclusion.

Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS).
- SEN teaching experience preferred.
- Passion for supporting children with additional needs.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
- Ability to provide references covering the last two years.
