Smile Education Recruitment is partnering with a Birmingham primary school and Alternative Provision setting to recruit a SEN Primary Teacher (SEN Specialist) from September 2026. The role focuses on delivering inclusive lessons for pupils with a range of special educational needs, with EHCPs/IEPs, in a supportive, well-resourced environment in Birmingham (B11).

The ideal candidate will hold QTS, have at least 6 months' experience with autism, and 3 months SEN teaching experience.
