Smile Education Recruitment is recruiting for a Resource Base teacher in Birmingham (B8).

This full-time role from September 2026 supports pupils with complex needs within a Primary Resource Base, working with a SENDCo and a team of SEND Teaching Assistants.

The position requires QTS and recent UK teaching experience, with a focus on ASC, ADHD, SEMH, and related needs.

Strong behaviour management and independent working are essential.
