Behaviour Mentor: Smile Education is collaborating with a vibrant secondary school in Stoke to find a dedicated behaviour mentor to join their team, starting as soon as possible. As a Secondary School mentor, you will be a crucial part of supporting students' emotional, social, and behavioral development in a secondary school. You will work closely with students facing challenges, offering guidance, strategies, and interventions to help them improve their conduct and self-regulation. By fostering positive relationships, collaborating with teachers, and providing a safe space for students to express themselves, you will help create a supportive learning environment. Your role will include developing individualized plans, running group sessions, and liaising with parents or external agencies to ensure a holistic approach to students' well-being and success. The successful candidate must have: A bachelor’s degree in education, a related field, or relevant experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
