A supportive primary school in B31 is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join their team in a long-term role, starting after February half term.

The Role:

  • Supporting pupils with behavioural, emotional and social needs
  • Working 1:1 and in small groups
  • Helping pupils engage positively with learning
  • Collaborating with teachers, SEN staff and leadership
  • Creating a calm, consistent and nurturing environment

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience working as a Behaviour Mentor, TA, Youth Worker, or similar
  • Confident supporting challenging behaviour
  • Calm, resilient and patient approach
  • School-based experience preferred (but not essential)
