A supportive primary school in B31 is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join their team in a long-term role, starting after February half term.
The Role:
- Supporting pupils with behavioural, emotional and social needs
- Working 1:1 and in small groups
- Helping pupils engage positively with learning
- Collaborating with teachers, SEN staff and leadership
- Creating a calm, consistent and nurturing environment
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience working as a Behaviour Mentor, TA, Youth Worker, or similar
- Confident supporting challenging behaviour
- Calm, resilient and patient approach
- School-based experience preferred (but not essential)
