We are looking for someone with a proven track record in excellent classroom practice who:
- is an outstanding practitioner with experience of teaching upper key stage two.
- has strong subject knowledge of the primary National Curriculum.
- has high expectations for all pupils’ attainment, achievement and behaviour.
- has proven impact of leading a whole school area from Reception to Year 6.
- has experience of working collaboratively with colleagues to support their professional development.
- has experience of analysing data and assessment for target setting in a specific area.
- has experience using monitoring and triangulation to review the quality of education and personal development.
- has experience of networking with all stakeholders in a led area.
This role will have a full time class commitment but weekly leadership time will be allocated to enable the successful candidate to carry out and complete leadership responsibilities.
