Senior Paid Search & LinkedIn Expert – Hybrid Working (London – 2-3 days per week) – £50k-£65k
We are working with a dynamic B2B marketing agency that thrives on innovation and creativity. They work with some incredible clients across various industries and love what they do. They are now looking for a Senior Paid Search & LinkedIn Expert to join their talented team and lead paid search projects while also mentoring two enthusiastic junior team members.
The Role:
As our Senior Paid Search & LinkedIn Expert, you\’ll be at the heart of executing campaigns that deliver results for their clients. Your expertise in both Google Ads and LinkedIn will help take our client campaigns to the next level, whilst you guide and support the junior members of the team to reach their potential. This is a hands-on role where you\’ll have the opportunity to implement strategies, optimise campaigns, and see the direct impact of your work.
What You\’ll Be Doing:
- Developing and executing paid search and LinkedIn campaigns for a range of B2B clients.
- Managing and optimising campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other key platforms (Meta, Bing Ads, etc.).
- Analysing performance data and providing actionable insights to improve campaign ROI.
- Mentoring and developing two junior team members, providing guidance, training, and feedback.
- Collaborating with account managers and other teams to ensure a seamless delivery of projects.
- Staying ahead of the curve with the latest trends and best practices in paid search and LinkedIn advertising.
What we need you to have:
- Proven experience in managing paid search campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Bing Ads, etc.) for B2B clients.
- Strong expertise in LinkedIn marketing, including Sponsored Content, InMail, and LinkedIn Dynamic Ads.
- Experience mentoring other team members.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, SpyFu, and other paid search tools.
- A solid understanding of keyword research, ad copywriting, and bid strategies.
- Ability to analyse data and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
