A fast growing creative / marketing agency is looking to hire a Sales Executive / New Business Executive to help drive their next phase of growth. This role is ideal for someone who has spent 2–3 years in a creative or marketing agency and is now ready for a big step up, more responsibility, more ownership, and far more earning potential. They are looking for someone ambitious, energetic and genuinely excited about building something, not someone coasting or waiting for inbound leads.
We are looking for:
- 2-3 years’ experience in a creative or marketing agency
- Currently a Business Development Executive, BD Manager or Sales focussed role.
- Hungry, ambitious and motivated by success and earning
- Comfortable with high levels of outbound, cold calling, LinkedIn, email, networking
- Enjoys being out in the market, events, meetups, industry networking
- Loves building relationships and moving prospects through a sales funnel
- Wants ownership of their own pipeline and doesn’t rely on marketing to feed them leads
